I used to recommend Dell computers until they became rather unreliable. The Dell 5570 has all the parts you desire and is reasonably priced.  Personally I'm very happy with my Lenovo T490 which also has an ethernet port.  (more) I used to recommend Dell computers until they became rather unreliable.
