I would plan other activities in between biking. Things like yoga for example, would give you a destination to stop and stretch, checkout your surroundings from a new perspective. This will give you a mind, body, spirit boost that could enhance your biking experience. Hope this is helpful.

FIrst, be sure the Facebook likes and comments are coming from locals. From there, ad a CTA button or sign up button on your Facebook page and encourage the fans to sign up in the post. Offer a percentage off your services from the post, if the sign up that day. Create urgency in your advertising...

I stopped offering freebies a long time ago, I feel it devalues the work. Hope this helps
