I am very passionate about Health & Wellness and I have an extensive 17-year background in nutrition, fitness, and integrative health. I have studied the integrative approach to wellness and currently delving into the core practice of Functional Medicine. Healing the body needs the approach of peeling back the onion that centers around the core of the illness and not the bandaid approach. I am passionate about working with children and families to help them overcome disease and guide them towards healing and thriving.
My goal is to help you understand your current state of health better and take a proactive approach to improving it. Health exists on a spectrum from sick to optimally well. I offer two sets of programs and work Individually in a one-on-one environment.
Midlife Reboot
This 6 Week Program gets down to the Foundational Principles that we tend to put aside to keep up with the grind of day-to-day life.
Here we have real conversations about why sleep has evaded us, why our belly bulge won't go away, and why our hormones are all over the place. This is where you get answers to age gracefully, find joy, and feel energetic while staying calm, cool, and collected.
Metabolic Reset
This 12-week program is founded on my 7 Core Principles to improve your Healthspan during which you increase vitality, mobility, reduce weight by 20-30 lbs and encounter deep, restful sleep. The more energy you produce in your cells, the better your body will function and the longer you remain healthy.
