We've been very lucky as we haven't had to shut down. We're following CDC guidelines to keep our teams and our guests protected. In November of 2019 we started the Findlay Black Tie Experience so our customers to could purchase completely online and have the vehicle delivered to them. This delivery does include Sales, Service and Collision. The VIP program has been well received so for us, other than masks, gloves, 6 ft. seperation and wiping down the cars, it's business as usual.
