How We Got Started

Niles Benghauser, owner, began working in I.T. early on. He earned his CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications and continued pursuing his passion for computer repair.

After working for various employers in the area, he realized there was a growing need in Prescott for professional, attentive I.T. service providers. In 2017, he set out to open Sentry CTO.

While I cannot attest to those specific websites - I can tell you that there are "legitimate" gray-market software retailers online. I say "legitimate" because you get the product that you pay for. However, they tend to breach licensing terms & conditions by selling to you. As others have said - it sounds like the problem is working itself out. Your client base will spread a positive reputation about your company. Your competitor will then get a bad reputation. While emails and texts are great tools to get business done, face-to-face communication and telephone calls incite action much better. If a conversation goes dead in the manner you described, I usually follow up with 1 or 2 phone calls. If appropriate, I may throw in a visit to their office....
