The Waring House is a charming Country Inn with two restaurants, a cookery school and conference centre in Picton, Prince Edward County, Ontario.
Our central location within Eastern Ontario wine country and our eye for preserving the heritage of the area, makes a visit to the Waring House an experience for the senses. The Inn is also a sought-after wedding venue with beautiful gardens and an on-site banquet facility.

"Prior to our moving to Prince Edward County, we had been staying at The Waring House four times a year for seven years and when we told the owners, Chris & Norah Rogers that we were moving here, they said there would be a loss of revenue ...chuckle. However; now that we've been living here for close to 10 years, we continue to go back to attend functions at The Waring House both in their pub (The Barley Room) and also within their dining section i.e. Amelia's Garden. It's always a pleasure for an outing to The Waring House no matter what occasion and I don't hesitate in recommending it to our friends and couples we meet outside of The County. "
