Who do you talk to when you want information about Medicare or Supplements to Medicare?

Don't need to--I've been on it for several years. An interested party might try SHIP for basic answers--volunteers staff these Medicare information positions at various community offices around the country. That's how I found out I wanted a Medicare Advantage Plan and what IL offered, instead of an alphabet-soup letter combo policy.
