I believe that is the number one thing businesses should do best is listen to the client/customer. If we truly listen intently we will be better able to help. So much gets lost in in translation and we can misinterpret what they are saying. But.... if we watch and listen with an empathetic heart, we are better able to serve our customers to our highest capacity! Bend over backwards to indulge in their specific needs!!
