The Dwelling Betterment Report, or DBR, is based on your experience. You get your values through experience. We work to plan so that your values are built into your place of work or home. This is the core of our service. Our service works with you to support your family life or the evolution of your business with alterations and rebuilding or new construction for your home or place of work environment if there are practical problems such as space needs in your home or operations issues in a business. We also understand if you want to upgrade or harmonize with changes in your family or business, especially if you want to retain the same location.

The Report provides a Discovery and Discourse ... Meeting to define and document your project needs. It delivers the DBR or Report (as a print booklet and PDF) that provides a spectrum of approaches that will reach your goal. This includes performance programming and all operational issues for businesses, spatial planning,  and planning for construction. For homes this will range from the use patterns of the house/property environment through additions and renovation and more. 3) Feedback and Q&A session on the Report once it is passed on to you for you to clarify any issues and points that may not be clear.           

The Report is fixed cost. We have no conflict of interest if the project is reduced in scale or cost. We benefit if you are happy and find the exact project fit. Our service differs from these in that we are not construction–centric. We are value and outcome–centric, based on your aspirations. 

We are not dependent on providing construction projects, nor do we focus on a particular kind of construction project outcome. We are expert in construction, detailing how we might build and various types of construction. We specialize in linking your project with nature and we develop the projects with your aspirations, linking spiritual wellbeing with all our work.
