How do you deal with competition in the real estate industry?

You have to learn from the success and failures of others. I have worked with some great mentors, and I always try to be a great mentor no matter what side of the transaction another agent is on. If you have a genuine concern for your clients best interests and communicate effectively throughout the transaction it will set you apart from the agents trying to make a quick buck. Competition is healthy and will weed out the "bad apples". It makes me a better person everyday and I look forward to showing my clients what sets me apart.
