Greenheart Exchange is a branch of the nonprofit, Greenheart International.
Our mission is to create global leaders and promote cultural understanding, through our variety of exchange programs hosted here in the United States. We do this with a focus on personal development, volunteer service, environmentalism, fair trade, and cultural exchange.

Over three decades ago, Greenheart (formerly known as Center for Cultural Interchange or CCI) began sending high school students to the United States from Spain. We are proud to say that today our organization works with over 60 different countries around the world to facilitate cultural exchange opportunities.
