Networking - asking around for people who enjoy retail but have a passion for jewelry. And a passion for helping people feel good about themselves and confident in their purchase. I would love to work in jewelry but I'm a lousy salesperson and, on a personal note, can't stand for longer than two hours at a time. Which is why I use a jeweler's bench :)
