TenPlus is an Apple & Lenovo Authorized Service Center here in Raleigh. We help individuals and businesses with their technology.

We service all Apple products and sell everything except the phone. We also service and sell Lenovo Think products. We repair warranty and non-warranty; all at a cost equal to or less than the Apple and PC Stores.

We have No-appointment walk-in, on-site, MDM (remote mobile device management), network design & installation and offer Managed IT Services.

How We Got Started

TenPlus Systems has been operating in Raleigh, North Carolina for more than 27 years. The company focuses on excellent customer service through pre-sales consulting, desktop service and support, and network engineering and integration for both business and personal computer users. We serve thousands of clients, located throughout the Carolinas and southern Virginia. TenPlus Systems began as Advanced Mac Solutions in 1992 and has grown into the Triangle’s premier reseller and service provider for Apple’s incredible line of high-technology products. Designated by Apple as a Premier Level Apple Specialist, TenPlus Systems meets Apple’s highest levels for sales, service and networking certification.

What a difference 30 days has made.  I am more bullish on America and the economy than ever! How is this new program succeeding so quickly? You need to create a following.  You are kind of selling dinosaurs now and you need those lower tech customers who love the media.  I would use something like mail chimp, create a mailing list where you send out cute, funny and informative information about latest Blu-rays and rare VHS tapes that... (more) You need to create a following.  You are kind of selling dinosaurs now and you need those lower tech customers who love the media.  I would use something like mail chimp, create a mailing list where you send out cute, funny and informative information about latest Blu-rays and rare VHS tapes that are available. Give customers the idea that you are the go to when they want something just released on their favorite platform or if they are looking for something vintage.  You also need social accounts, Facebook especially to send out similar information.  Promote those old but loved movies, promote what just came in, promote a search service where you keep customers requests and compare it to new arrivals.  You might also want to offer other services like taking my old VHS or Camcorder tapes and moving to a DVD for me.  There's still a audience who want this and never got around to getting it done.  You might also start a Facebook group where the members communicate with each other on what's their favorite VHS movie, that kind of thing.  If you can find like groups and where they meet, go speak to them and let them know what you do and what you have.  I think you also have to keep your website up-to-date with listings of what you have available.  You should look into https://www.bigcommerce.com/ Big Commerce, an easy to set up eCommerce site that will allow you to sell to anyone anywhere anytime.

On-line will continue to eat away at retail options. Retailers need to find where they can add value, especially with services over things you can't get in a delivered box.
