Taylor Made Working dogs is a family owned and operated working dog kennel and training facility. We specialize in competition obedience, protection training and behavior modification. We offer private lessons, in home lessons group classes and club. Along with training we breed top quality working line German shepherds.

Crush the small businesses and the big box stores will come calling. They call you, you don't call them. Also, boarding facilities, dog trainers with a brick and mortar and doggy daycares often have a storefront or they sell directly to clients. Network local first and spread out from there.

Obviously you have to kill it with all the social media platforms but you have to have the content and talent for that. If you do, then just work your but off, provide awesome service to your clients and don't be afraid to ask them to spread the word for you. We've been growing my business every year for the last 12 years and to this day the number one marketing strategy is happy customers spreading the word of mouth. Social media is just a force multiplier for that. Use it and get your content and clients on there in creative ways and work your butt off. Brand like crazy too. But I built my business on 120 hour work weeks. That's just the reality of any truly successful business.
