Experience includes valuation of over 10,000 properties in Southern California counties with expertise in rural housing, small agricultural properties, equestrian properties, custom homes such as adobe homes and nonconforming homes, vacant land with easements/partial interests/title defects, and valuation of electrical facilities (non-realty) for utility companies.
