How We Got Started
After twenty five years or being an advocate on behalf of individual clients I "discovered" mediation. I found it far less harmful to the parties and their families. In mediation we allow the parties to make decisions about the division of community assets, custody and support issues. We do all this while neither party need ever step foot into a courthouse or appear before a judge. We help people break-up nicely.
