If they receive the help they deserve to get what they really are hoping for in a vacation, then they are going to come back again. They don't need another key chain or luggage tag.

Can't say I have any idea when it comes to commercial trucking, I only work with travelers, people not stuff.

Having been the President of the Maine Chapter of ASTA for three terms, I can clearly say it is comforting to know an agency has guide lines to promote knowledgeable info to our clients. CLIA does the same for Cruise only agencies.
