About Us

I work with you to better organize your work space to increase productivity. Look at what systems you may have in place (filing systems both physical and electronic are my specialty) and either tweak them or create a new one to help you be more effective in what you do. I also document the procedures required to complete a particular process, minimizing the time spent in training someone. Call today to schedule your free consultation!

The products and services we offer include and are not limited to the following: Office Organization; Systems review, improvement, and implementation; Procedures and Process Documentation, Mobile Notary Services and I have recently launched a COVID-inspired Supported DIY Office Organization program with assignments, accountability calls and more.

Do you have a particular project and you're not sure where to begin? Lets talk!

How We Got Started

I have over 30 years of professional office and customer service experience. After graduating from Bellevue College and searching for a job, I found the offerings to be really dismal. Sure, there were plenty of job openings but what employers wanted to pay was much lower than what I was willing to go to work for.

Tina Time Office Solutions was born out of my own frustration, the desire to be flexible in my work time, and the knowledge that I had a service, a special niche, for solopreneurs and small business owners. The business continues to grow which allows me to add more services.

Yes, more or less. What I mean by that is I have an AA in Business Technology (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). I use these skills every day in my business and help others to use them more effectively. (more) Yes, more or less. I do it for the love of a good challenge and for the desire to learn more about different business aspects so that I can form and shape my business into something amazing! I also have a husband and teen at home so I know they need my time too. Having clearly defined  "office hours", keeping a timesheet, prioritizing critical activities, color coding my calendar all help me manage my days. We all have the same 24 hours to do life. How do you manage yours?

Having also been a manager in a business, I can honestly say that the training time isn't that different for a new employee vs an intern. I'm not sure if there are any financial gains between hiring an employee or having an intern in your office. Another option may be to hire a contractor or freelancer, part time at first, and weigh the experience against what you already know about being an employee. The bottom line is this: make the best, most right decision based upon the culture you are creating within your office. The decision you make should always be a win-win and never feel forced.

I received one call from this and felt that it was a successful attempt. The majority of my introductions come from my connections in a variety of networking groups in Bellevue, Issaquah, and Renton. These connections and I have taken the time to really foster a relationship. They know my business well and I know theirs. Fostering relationships makes it much easier to make introductions.

(more) I suggest that you attend networking groups, learn what others are doing and try new things in a safe environment. Create your website, there are free services such as Wix and Weebly which, if you want to pay for the annual membership, are also fairly inexpensive. What differentiates your business from other similar businesses, talk that feature or benefit up as you speak with people. Add a FaceBook page (for your business) to your personal page. Create your business cards if you haven't already done so. If you want to print from home, Avery.com is a good resource and is easy to use. Work on creating your logo, what elements (trees, flowers, insects, etc.) speak to you in a creative, identifiable way? Talk to as many new people about your business as you can in a day. Don't get discouraged, it takes about a year for a new business to be noticed and for your momentum to begin to grow. Be consistent in your efforts. These all sound pretty simple and when done with intention, can work to your benefit. Best wishes to you and welcome to the entrepreneurial community!
