1970 , worked in Europe in kitchen, my brother worked as a baker , started a
Restaurant in Burlingame , ended up with 4 restaurants, all in Burlingame , The old country inn, Nathan's , Nates Deli and
Nathan's in the Ave , my brother worked
At Fantasia bakery San Fransico , then
Started his own Choclate company
Joseph schmidt confection end up selling it to Hershey .
In 1999 open a Café in seaport center
Called Café Ns, was there 16 years now I have a commercial kitchen

Hi guys , is being busy means it’s good or bad thing , we’ll with me it is different then other first the profession is in the kitchen , catering I’m basically cooking the food by myself , I cook from 10 people to 250 people , so I can say I’m busy I could be busy or not busy m semi retired...

Hi guys , is being busy means it’s good or bad thing , we’ll with me it is different then other first the profession is in the kitchen , catering I’m basically cooking the food by myself , I cook from 10 people to 250 people , so I can say I’m busy I could be busy or not busy m semi retired since I’ve been cooking for 55 years and that is a lot of years( in cooking years,so every business is different some use computer and some use knives
The main thing is are you enjoying what you do ,so being busy will be a good thing and a happy thing

Straight , no problems with help I pay them well, some of them have been with me 28 years, treat your employees well and they’ll stay with you until retirment
