EO's Eats is a food experience enterprise showcasing largely unknown Malaysian cuisine in a variety of formats. Recently, we are acquiring and raising funds for a Cuisine Cruiser {food truck} We will be able to bring our food experience to the streets and offices of Regina and area.
EO has done corporate cooking classes to bring teams together to learn
the how to prepare Malaysian dishes and then work together to prepare to dish. Team work never tasted so good.

EO has done catering for small groups to grand openings for office buildings. She caters a variety of food concerns that customers may have. She can cater to today's multi ethnic workplace as she comes from that sort of environment. Do you dare to ask for "Surprise me meal" ?

Mooi Fun Ong (Elaine) has been involved in cooking from an early age. She was "home schooled" by her grandfather and her mother in Malaysia. Tradition was that food was prepared with few ingredients in our to bring our its' natural flavours.

After nine years of working in the private and public sectors in Regina, EO's Eats was born. She wanted to share with Canadians the food she was raised with. Elaine has explored various food experience formats to showcase Malaysia's largely unknown cuisine.

Elaine caters small office groups on monthly basis to customer appreciations events of 200 people. Our church Living Hope Alliance has used her services for connect lunches as well.

In 2020, our vision of bringing food to customers via food truck will appear for spring. We are raising funds to enhance Southern Saskatchewan's cuisine diversity. Please contact to contribute to Regina's future.
