If the price seems fair to you, then tell your client that, however, if it is a low ball price then walk away you cannot giveaway the ship.Tell the client what you can provide in regards to service (example quicker turnaround time, you are always meeting the client's budget, your product is of better quality, just tell them something you do better then anyone else
