I did that 3 years ago, lost 60 pounds, and no dieting or exercising. AND KEEPING IT OFF. To me, that is the win-win. Hope everyone works on their resolutions. Don't expect to do the same thing over and over again, and expect results. Don't give up on yourself, you are so worth it.
