When I went through the process of new construction myself as a buyer, I learned how stressful it can be without a knowledgeable Real Estate Professional involved in the process. That's when I knew what I needed to do to make the homebuying experience a happy and exciting time for everyone involved. So I signed up and became a licensed Realtor!
