How We Got Started

We started after the Bell System broke up converting customers from analog to digital phone equipment. We have been through many transformations in the business phone technology starting with the advent of voice mail in the early 90's, VOIP in the early 2000's, mobile phone integration in the mid 2000's and now cloud based managed services. Our foundation has always been personalized customer service and outstanding service and support. We currently support thousands of customers in the mid-Atlantic region and have expanded nationally in the last few years.

You cannot get rid of these.  They are calling from spoofed numbers that look like they are local calls to you.  As soon as you block one number they will call from another.  It's a game of whack-a-mole.  Unfortunately they are utilizing VOIP technology to display whatever number for caller ID... (more) You cannot get rid of these.  They are calling from spoofed numbers that look like they are local calls to you.  As soon as you block one number they will call from another.  It's a game of whack-a-mole.  Unfortunately they are utilizing VOIP technology to display whatever number for caller ID they want regardless of where the calls originate.  I have begged them to stop calling me to no avail.  This is very disruptive to business because I will dump calls to grab these thinking it is a sales call.  There is a service called "Jolly Roger" where you can transfer these calls to a robot that sounds like they are talking to a real person.  I have used this and it takes them several minutes to figure out they are speaking to a robot.  It doesn't stop the calls but it did make my day a little brighter.

Depends on the customer.  Some people will not answer the phone but respond by text. Sometimes it's all by email.
