The GRAP (Group of Really Awesome People) Narrative

Upon closing at every property, we will provide our Residents with a celebration at the location to introduce ourselves and tell Them what to expect in the next 2-5 years:

We see this acquisition as Their home, and our goal is to make it the most enjoyable and well taken-care-of home experience They have ever had!

We plan to do 5 things for Them:
1) Upgrade the facilities in several areas – we will articulate specifics when we have determined how best to proceed.

2) Renovate the apartments over time.

3) Turn vacant units into short/midterm rentals providing Them with a convenience opportunity for Their visiting family and friends to stay close by.

4) Invite and show Them how to become Partners with us where – if They are willing to stay with us up to a year after the renovation and upgrades are complete – we will help Them become a homeowner. We will even show Them how to help us find other properties nearby similar to this and become Investors like we are in multifamily properties.

5) We will find a buyer that meets our criteria (this whole process taking anywhere from 2-5 years) and They will have a home that They will be proud of if this is where They choose to remain.
