In my opinion there should be no "closing lines".  Too many businesses are to focused on "sales" per say and forget that there is a relationship to be nurtured between the client and the representative.  Nurture the relationships and the sales will follow. If you have a deadline let them know, keep it honest.  If you have to "close" by a certain time, if the relationship is there you can simply ask them straight out if they are interested or have the need.
