We started out as a two person virtual assistant company. Since then, we have 51 reps and provide support for multiple businesses worldwide.

Hi, yes there are a many but some popular ones my clients have used are Insightly, Hubspot, FreeCRM, Bitrix, Zoho and Agile CRM. Many of the popular companies have low cost versions that have limited users and/or features. Those are a few to research but there are many more. Good luck!!!

I have a client who has a company in the same industry as yours. It has taken him a few years to get a good staff because the turn over rate can be high with under-performing staff and punctuality issues. He pays his reps in the $20+ range too. He screens them, lets them know what he expects, and...

I have a client who has a company in the same industry as yours. It has taken him a few years to get a good staff because the turn over rate can be high with under-performing staff and punctuality issues. He pays his reps in the $20+ range too. He screens them, lets them know what he expects, and works with them when they need days off for their family. They are given a few chances to improve but he is a stickler for punctuality. They work as a team, so they usually strive to do their best otherwise the whole business can suffer. He also outsourced his call processing to us and upgraded his business software to make the entire process easier.
