I would go for "a". My only suggestion is to lose those perspective lines. They may be misconstrued as part of the package. Otherwise, everything looks clean, simple and effective—which what should be conveyed on the package design.

I would suggest to cut down on black areas and dividers—tends to disrupt visual continuity. Try using complimentary colours or lighter/darker shades of colours used on the pages. Black and white contrast in this case does not help the viewer but compartmentalize each section into boxes—hampers...
