How We Got Started

Started in Richmond in 1978 manufacturing speakers and installing sound systems. and manufacturing audio cassette tape for the broadcast industry. Been growing and changing ever sense. Very little cassette tape these days but how about

CPP Premiums going up Jan 1. 2021, and this will increase costs. Not a good thing for sure. According to the CFIB article in today's paper, Premiums are set to rise by 3.8%, part of a seven year plan to increase CPP benefits in the future. According to the CFIB article in today's paper, Premiums are set to rise by 3.8%, part of a seven year plan to increase CPP benefits in the future. Given the difficult situations with Covid19, the CFIB is urging that CPP and QPP premiums be frozen to allow small business owners some breathing room. Western Imperial has been a member of CFIB for over 20 years, and very worthy of your support. Check them out!

Dear Terrified: Solution to your problem - Get all your product knowledge. Have samples of each product you want to sell, touch them, look at them, learn to appreciate their uniqueness, find our why they are good products, better than the competition. Now find a good sales person not in... (more) Dear Terrified: Solution to your problem - Get all your product knowledge. Have samples of each product you want to sell, touch them, look at them, learn to appreciate their uniqueness, find our why they are good products, better than the competition. Now find a good sales person not in your business or work place, or a consultant, and roll play many different situations until you have your 30 second elevator story down pat, and you can think out of the box and be sharp with the advantages of why a person should purchase the product you are presenting. This process should not take any longer than 2 weeks, and then go out and visit your warm customers, thanking them for business, and practice presenting one, (only one) new product to them. Do not overwhelm anyone with to much information, be empathetic and watch for body language. Now you are ready to make some cold calls! Wishing you the Best... if you practice the above, you will be successful... I have been doing this for over 40 years.. and it is fun!
