I exclusively represent injured Virginia workers in worker's compensation claims, and have been doing so since 1990. I am personally involved in all aspects of each and every claim, and remain so for the duration of the claim.

I began working for a small firm that split apart within two years after I was hired. That firm did not handle workers' compensation claims but did receive telephone calls about them. When the firm split apart, I was offered to handle those calls and represent the potential clients who made them. I was able to learn about Virginia worker's compensation law fairly quickly and developed some referral sources within the first couple years of opening my own office. Those referral sources produced a multitude of clients, which in turn significantly increased my experience and skill as a worker's compensation claimant's attorney, and that experience and skill continues to grow and improve.
