Agree 100% with Guy Liboiron.  In addition as we are an Aerospace Company with our market niche. Aerospace Companies are rated by it's customer's based on Delivery and Quality of Product.  To keep the customers coming back you must perform within their identified thresholds.  Falling outside the mandated thresholds causes many customer visits, cause/corrective action, additional cost to the customers and loss of business opportunities.
