What most influenced your decision about offering healthcare benefits to your employees?

We use to be able to offer healthcare, but since the "affordable" healthcare law, cost have skyrocketed. All our employees have healthcare through a spouse, my coverage went from the equivalent of a car payment to nearly double my mortgage. Universal/Medicare for all is nothing but a lie and scam.
