We use to be able to offer healthcare, but since the "affordable" healthcare law, cost have skyrocketed.  All our employees have healthcare through a spouse, my coverage went from the equivalent of a car payment to nearly double my mortgage. I believe if you establish your self with another company, it will build your self confidence, and allow you to sometime in the future come back to your parents company, but with the ability to separate the work and family relationship in a healthier way.
