Social media (Facebook, Updating your company website, Alignable, LinkedIn, Yelp, etc), join a local business groups, paid lead sights (The Blue Book), cold calling, asking for referrals, etc. We do track in CRM which is a great tool to keep on top of follow-up. Great filing systems help. ... Great filing systems help. Following up with prior quotes that never came through for whatever reason to see if clients want to move forward. Being open to the type of client you partner with. Talk to whomever you can and always have your business cards with you. I carry them even if I am out socially!
