I applied day one w our bank “ Truist” - the new BB&T/Suntrust merged bank.  In 10 days, five people w businesses I know were approved and nothing for us.  First round was over, got crappy “we are busy” emails from BB&T corporate and “your application looks good” & “I’ll check on your app”...

I applied day one w our bank “ Truist” - the new BB&T/Suntrust merged bank.  In 10 days, five people w businesses I know were approved and nothing for us.  First round was over, got crappy “we are busy” emails from BB&T corporate and “your application looks good” & “I’ll check on your app” emails from the local bank mgr.  I applied w PayPal, but they would not submit to SBA until the old apps went through. I applied a 3rd time w our credit card processor Card Pointe after reading an email saying the SBA would only accept apps from banks w less than $1B in deposits until midnight (it was 4pm).  Stayed at work for three hours to complete #3. Finally - got email from PayPal last Friday saying the “SBA had reserved funds for us through another lender” and “we can only apply once”.  After nearly four weeks of dozen of emails w BB&T not knowing if you uploaded the right docs to my worthless dashboard - PayPal was the first to tell us BB&T got us in (we didn’t think Card Point did).  A couple days, they tell you they secured funding.  Couple more, bank mgr emails your funds approved.  Couple more, email saying money will be there in 2-3 days. Couple more the money is finally there.
We have more brands than our competition to ensure we have what they are looking for. Giving them an all-inclusive price rather than charging $50-100 in fees at the end makes customers feel better about the sale. We are always a phone call away, and have three decades+ salespeople who will be...
