Jung-Powers & Associates LLC was created to generate the affordable housing opportunities that people need at any income level. We initially grew into other services after realizing the need to educate people on how finances truly work.
How We Got Started
In 1994, WendyPArt actually started her own design company, after years of working for other people. So, multiple starts and stops for my personal development, I began the company on the passion I have had over many years, building things.

So I too left the Philadelphia metro area for a farm that I will be purchasing and closing on October 1, 2020. Look people are getting desperate and despicable. Riots and wars will happen. Revolution will come and it won't be pretty. Get land where you can. Grow your food. Build the house of your means. Things are about to get out of control, and I saw the warning signs this summer. Self sufficiency is key to survive the mess we are about to enter into. The great tribulation will come. I am purchasing land so my family will not be hungry.

So this differs for everyone, but the going rule is to save 10% of your gross income. Now with being said, this averages out out to be 6% of your net income. Pay your debt first, but also attempt to build your savings on a 3% basis to account for inflation.

We have several agreements each clients sign. If nonpayment occurs, we execute agreements without any issues, because we require clients to acknowledge and accept terms and conditions before taking on work with 39.6% minimum deposit upfront.
