The number one way I promote my business is actually through "word of mouth." Dishing out my "business cards." My primary targets are those that appear to like what I offer. For example, when I see, or hear people talking about art, or wearing jewelry I take advantage of the opportunity to give my "15 seconds elevator pitch." A sentence is a complete thought, so my 15 seconds elevator spill consist of two to three sentences that sums of who I am. What services I'm offering, and how to request my offerings. Then leave them with my business card. Keep in mind that one size doesn't fit all. This may not be my only approach to promote my business, but it is the one that primarily brings in buying consumers. Most importantly in your 15 sec. elevator pitch, let them know about what you can deliver. Out of 7 people you approach, one most likely will connect with you. Out of every 15 people you approach, two to three may get in touch. Out of every 30 people you approach, two-three to four may reach out to you. What's vital is keeping your pitch short and sweet. Your pitch should be no longer than 15 seconds. It should contain no more than two to three sentences. And, should convey who you are. What you do. What your services can deliver. Create your elevator pitch. Practice it. Use it whenever, and wherever you can. Leave your potential prospect with something to recall you. A business card, or some other form of promotional material. Best Creative Regards.
