Do you alert your clients of your or an employee's ADHD while working with them?

I don't have any employees, nor do I believe there is such a thing called 'ADHD'. So no, this is not something I would ever discuss with a client.
What's more, if you or someone in your employ has been diagnosed with a medical or mental condition that someone has labeled "ADHD" then the HIPPA laws probably make it illegal for you to even mention it.

ADD/ADHD is real. I have a husband and child with it. It is hard for those who don't have it to understand the "why" of it all but I assure you that it is very real.
