My Support Staff is an HR Consulting and Outsourcing Firm. Having been developed by 2 HR executives our goal is to bring common sense consulting to small and medium-sized enterprises. Through our approach of both outsourcing and consulting our goal is to help you manage your day-to-day programs while we simultaneously train you on the process. Our goal is for you to run your business. However, many customers still choose to allow us to manage their HR, Training, Onboarding, and Safety programs.

While I was working as a Director of HR I had the opportunity to partner with a number of temporary staffing firms, recruiters, and other consultants. However, I only seemed to like a few of them. Most of the temp staffing firms couldn't perform and continually asked me to raise wages for employees, asked to increase or renegotiate pricing, and looked for 2-3 year contracts. I finally had enough and took pen to paper listing all of the pain points I had with working with these groups and decided to do something about it! And there was born My Support Staff. The only group that strives to be just that.... YOUR Support Staff.
