My name is Logan Carstensen, and I am the owner of "Go Further Athletics & Wellness LLC". I am a personal trainer, sports performance coach, nutrition coach, and long snapping instructor located in West Haven, Utah.
My goal is to help my clients get 1% better everyday in their fitness and mental health journeys and for my athletes to "go further" than I did when I was training to get to the NFL.
