Our goal at Golden Appeal is to attract clients and business that want to receive an immediate impact and long term benefits to their properties. We take pride in our dependable costumer service as well as our landscaping standards with our 6 employees to finish any project on time. Golden Appeal offers a 3 million dollar liability.

We enjoy completing either large or small scale projects to our Commercial or Residential clients. We closely work with a wide variety of trades to assist my clients in referring them with all property maintenance aspects. By doing this we are able to offer equal craftsmanship and quality.

We chose the name for a few reasons which are 1.) You’ll receive Golden service & products, 2.) the employees focus on curb side Appeal 3.) Ian's family dog and him love to play & work hard outdoors hence the name Golden Appeal.

Ian has 17 years experience in landscaping and property maintenance and in the spring of 2010 he initiated a full time 7 days a week business. He also relies on his 10 years experience in corporate security and 6 years as a Volunteer Fire Fighter.

He is a third generation Victorian and his company enjoys being involved with & assisting our amazing city which we all call home.

Our photo to the right is a project we feel very touched by with. The purpose of this is to raise money and awareness to this local charity which has helped our family out in a time of need offering services and follow up services for children. We feel it is important to give back to the community and help others.
