The Naturally Good Man Consultations

About Us

I mentor young men and women to reach their goals. The process of the consultation begins with two questions: 1) What do you know? and 2) What do you want to learn? From these these answers a curriculum is designed that is backed up by learning outcomes that clearly describe what the learner wants to learn by the end of the mentorship. In addition and with my help, a constructive alignment table is designed and approved by the learner. This table shows what the learner will learn each session we meet. Depending on how we meet (more than one student, or one on one) some learners may benefit from the class environment. Assessments will be given if requested.

I was very limited by finances since I had just graduated from university with a degree in Adult Education and had not worked at my landscaping business very much during school. So, I thought why don't I see how much community support I could gain by asking for donated building supplies. Well, I was given more than enough to complete my hut and once the virus has been overcome I will begin sessions there. I even built a small Japanese garden outside the only window to promote a scene of peace and tranquility. I feel very grateful for the support I have received from so many people.

All I can add would be to suggest you try to get to know them a bit, and join in the family spirit so to speak. That way they might come to see your value to them as a person rather than as a co-worker. That said , my wife’s family is quite large and self-identifies quite strongly, leaving me feeling very isolated at times. I have tried to involve myself in my extended family and I have got to know some of them as fine people and friends. Some though will probably never be friends. I would suggest it would depend on your temperament for either being ignored a bit or slowly getting on everyone’s good side. At least you are asking questions.

Discuss the issue with management, ask if they would be willing to install showers in the washrooms or if showers are nearby. Management would look good and staff would smell good. A win/win.
