About Us

Anyone can say they do estate estate sales. However, Numbers are everything. The company that can attract the most customers assures their clients the highest financial returns.

With most of our commission invested in advertising and high quality set-up, we have amassed a gigantic following of faithful customers. Many traveling from other states to attend our sales. They come because they know our estate sales are different and worth the drive.

We are 100% commission based. We only get paid when we sell something. We do not want to give your items away. We must sell as much as possible, as high as possible. We are on our feet for the entire duration of your sale and we are trained to actively sell.

Our company pays for all expenses upfront and incurs all risk. We pay for all set up, all pricing & research, all sale days, all credit card fees and we pay for all advertising. Our entire team are paid, insured, trained and supervised employees and we do nothing under the table.

Our corporate culture is kindness, transparency, and communication.

NEVER ask a customer if they have had the vaccine. HIPPA WILL FINE YOU AND CAUSE YOU GRIEF. That being said, please do not think I take this lightly or in a “whimsical” way as I was in the hospital along with my wife and I almost didn’t make it. Seriously. So I take this very very seriously. However we cannot live in fear. When our government told us we had to wear masks, most of us complied (not necessarily agreed) and now they’re telling us we do not have to wear masks (if vaccinated) then we need to comply. Otherwise, it looks like our business is being biased against a certain demographic. Yes, it’s come to that.  At some point, if you take that stance of making everyone wear a mask even after the government and your community has been told they do not have to wear a mask anymore due to enough people being vaccinated. Then how does that look? This is not how any of us should do business. We cannot live in fear. So let’s not go backwards.

To be clear. As an owner of two businesses with two sets of employees I completely despise the  mandatory use of masks. As an owner of two businesses with two sets of employees I completely despise the  mandatory use of masks. For lack of a better example, having the whole school stay for detention for the actions of a few, is a raw example of low level leadership. No matter how you Spin it, our rights to make our own decisions regarding our health, well-being and our pursuit of happiness are eroding. As business owners, you dont have to be a rocket scientist to realize governments are not efficient and therefore not created to run things efficiently. Inefficient businesses go out of business.   We are extra frustrated to find that BOTH sides of the political spectrum have used this crisis to further their careers. They are both making fools of themselves. The mainstream media on both sides are having a "hay-day" as this is how they earn a living. This crisis could have been an opportunity to Pull our nation together. Instead, we are more divided than ever.  However, all that being said. If I can save just ONE persons  life, save ONE persons business, or save save ONE person from being afraid, all by wearing my mask. In spite of all the manipulation and poor leadership.  I choose to wear a mask.

After careful design, targeting, placement and tracking, print advertising is dead for us. We do it as community PR for our clients and the elderly.  Although the pitch is convincing, we have only had slightly better results with radio and network tv 0.5%. The challenge for a marketing mind is trying to find ways to have what we use to call a "well rounded" marketing campaign. At this point in our generation, online avenues are the only thing bringing consistent ROI.
