I am one of the old school agents that actually ask for referrals from current clients. In this big picture it starts with client retention and customer service. There is nothing better then warm hand off from a client that is happy with your services. And always remember, when you do the right thing the money will come... that starts with kindnesd and being genuine to your clients and everyone. This with generic your new clients naturally. I have not had success with buying leads. Oh, one more thing... dont forget to touch base with old clients you may have lost or have cancelled in the past. Just because they are no longer with you doesnt mean you wasnt great to them. They can be a new resource of getting business back. Proples life circumstances change all the time. It is up to you to use what you already have.
