I sold real estate for many years and we had many people coming into Canada who wanted good business opportunities. We did very well with that and now we are doing other things to assist others to get here for employment as well as buying businesses.

I have dealt with very large companies that can take a long time to pay who's business I value. I get paid in seven days instead of 90ndays. I did it by going to the person at the top and telling them that I wanted their business but am a small business that can't finance them. I just don't have the money to finance them and can they do anything about it? In both these cases they arranged for my payment to be ready in seven days. I would drop of a bill on Friday and pick up a my money from the previous Friday. Try it. By tell them the facts in a nice way they will usually help you out.
