I believe that hackers target small businesses because many of them obtain a great level of innovation, but may not have the financial leverage to hire someone to monitor their processes and systems on a daily basis.  If their processes and systems aren't being monitored on a daily basis, then hackers often see an open entrance to attack. I believe that many small businesses have the basic antivirus, malware, etc. in place;however, hackers have become quite sophisticated with their ability to penetrate some of the most reliable software security platforms.  Ben, I am interested in learning more about the services that you offer.

If each of my partners (team members/employees) were fully engaged and productive; if my business was self-sustained; if my investors were comfortable with their ROI and I had more time in my business, then I would go into the under represented areas to invest time/money as I mentor to encourage and motivate others to climb above their circumstances, push pass their obstacles, and believe in their dreams until they become a reality. I would then position these individuals with other professionals to educate, equip, and train them to become a part of the ecosystem of productivity.

In my opinion, a business owner must be courageous and bold, when pursuing leads. However, a limited budget could drastically hinder productivity, speed, and growth. Considering you have an on-site computer repair and tech service, I would recommend that you focus on tech service and computer repairs that do not include the purchase of parts. Revenues received from your tech services should increase the budget, after other expenses, to scale and find new leads.

While there are multiple plans that offer health care insurance for both family and employees, I believe the number one concern is, 'WHERE DO I GET THE MONEY TO PAY FOR HEALTH CARE COVERAGE for my family and employees? Finding good talent that has the knowledge and corporate culture is of utmost importance for the growth and development of your firm. Therefore, in order to retain good talent, as a business owner, you would offer an attractive compensation and benefits package. Compensation and benefits are predicated upon sales and in some instances tax credits. If you are selling a highly competitive product and increase the price with the hopes of bringing in more revenue, then you risk the chances of losing a customer to your competitors who have decided to keep the price the same or even lower. If you increase the price of your niche` product, then you risk the chance of losing a customer to finding the next-best-alternate to what you are trying to sell. So, in my opinion, in order to retain and keep good talent without drastically increasing your prices, you may have to minimize your team in order deduct the cost from your sales to adequately provide health coverage for your family and employees.

Individuals are able to read the content on the decal while waiting at a traffic light; passing on the highway; or even, stationed in a parking lot. I believe that a Magnetic Decal would drive more traffic to your Insurance Agency. When placing a Magnetic Decal, you should always have in mind your main objective for displaying the Decal. If the main objective is to increase your sales, then one way to increase sales is by improving and expanding your marketing campaign. One way to bring your services close to the customers is through a Magnetic Decal, which can also be quite cost effective.

In my opinion, as a business owner and product developer, I believe that marketing yourself should take precedence over marketing your product/service for the following 3 reasons: 1. QUALITY - Establishing a GOOD BRAND 'Name' in the beginning as an business owner who provides QUALITY products/services is imperative because it builds trust with the consumer. Having a customer(s) who trust and believe that the business owner has internal merit, ethics, and morals to deliver an exceptional product/service is likely to return for additional products/services. 2. INTEGRITY - Marketing the integrity, character, and honesty of a business owner/product developer places greater VALUE on the product/service because it gives the consumer the assurance that the product/service should perform as it is intended and if not, the business owner/product developer would provide the necessary technical and customer support to rectify the problem. 3. ATTRACTING NEW AND RETURNING CUSTOMERS - Once the business owner/product developer has established a good reputation, good rapport with the customer, and respected brand name then the products/services would be able to sale themselves. Having a good Quality Assurance team on board is very imperative to assure that each team member, product/services that is being delivered on behalf of the business owner/business name exemplifies the same (if not greater) level of quality and integrity that the business owner/product developer established in the beginning.

(more) While price is a very important factor for the success and growth of the business, I believe that happy and loyal customers may obtain greater value than price, in some instances. I believe that a happy customer becomes a loyal customer and loyal customers are able to help the business obtain more customers, which in turn generates more sales that increases revenues/profits. I believe that it is very important to be fair across the board with all customers when it comes to prices. However, there may be some instances when the business owners should consider the thoughts and opinions of the customers, when it comes to negotiating price on certain niche` products and services. The objective of each business is to gain customers and obtain sales. Therefore, there should be certain items that business owners are able to negotiate the best price, as long as the price is able to exceed the cost of the item(s).
