I have had RE Agents tell me that they do not hold open houses because they never sell that way. The fact is, they do! I bought a condo by stopping by an open house AND I sold 2 houses via an open house! Agents should continue to hold open houses!

Being able to compare apples to apples. Even if the amount of the coverage is the same, i.e., $100/$200 G/L, what is actually covered may not be.

Atmosphere is what draws me there, good service, food and reasonable prices keep me coming back. Bad food or bad service, I will never go back. High prices will limit how often I might visit.
