About Us

Northwest Rehabilitation Associates was created in 2004, with the intent to be different, truly recognizing healthcare as a service entity and treating patients as individual customers. NWRA remains different today, notably in these ways: Our charitable donations budget over 4x the size of our marketing budget We have never strategically planned for growth, but have grown by reputation We contribute to the clinical body of knowledge, rather than ignore it We believe in and practice with consistent care, relationships, and community - patients are not seen by "whichever therapist has an opening today".

I really enjoy reaching out to each person that we have had the privilege to serve, by phone, in person, or by email - in whichever mode of communication works best for THEM. I want to find out of we met their expectations, and how. If I had more time, I would place more follow-up calls to those... The cost is less of a problem than the value provided. People are willing to pay for their healthcare. It is a priority. Are providers willing to provide a valuable experience that meets or exceeds the price? (more) The cost is less of a problem than the value provided. People are willing to pay for their healthcare.
