I got one from a college kid I help get back on track of fixing his chair. I explain to him the cost and time. He understood. He needed his Powerchair done before his next class in 3hrs. I completed the Job and billed him with a discount. and let him make payments and still said I ripped him off. In which he posted on Yelp. I would think that customer review did not have the complete truth. People did not know the job task that was at hand. That is my only bad experience in the 21yrs in business. I guess the University thought I do this job for free. and may have told this student I do work for free... I do help students in powerchairs but only when I have free time and they bring the power chair to my office for help.
The best method is yourself as an owner. Only the owner is willing to listen and educate their customers on the products that they provide. Family and friends are some of the best advocates for your business. It is the hustle of a business owner to make it work. There will be many trials and...
