About Us
Randy started his career with Allstate where he built an agency with a 2 million book of business and sold the agency. He then joined US Health Advisors, a United Healthcare Company that specializes in providing health benefits to small businesses, individuals and families. United Healthcare does not directly sell USHA products. Ginny, his wife, is a retired Dental Hygienist and joined Randy in growing the Farrow Agency in 2014.
How We Got Started
Randy Farrow has been in the insurance business for over 30 years and USHA has been in business for over 30 years. He is licensed in 25 states. Our companies mission statement is H.O.P.E.-Helping Other" People Every day. "Knowing when I put my head on my pillow every night that my client's health is protected with the best health protection plan in the industry is the reason that I love what I do." Let us protect yours and your families too. If you are looking for a "no deductible plan" to a very "low deductible plan", we can custom fit your plan to your needs and budget.

I don’t know if you watch Real America News or Steve Bannon’s War Room but one of his daily guests is an economy expert among other things, Steve Cortes. Steve refers to your reports as a baseline of what is happening in the small business world. He identifies the report as according to Alignable or as reported by Alignable. I have seen several of your reports on that broadcast. He posted the last time you reported the percentage of small businesses unable to make rent. I’ll be watching for this new report.

A special shout out to the San Antonio Community Supporters for keeping San Antonio #3 in North America for participation. San Antonio had a great leaderboard with increased numbers over last year. I missed being a part of the Alignable community over the last year due to life circumstances. I am back and looking forward to meeting our new people in San Antonio! Chuck, I had 3 votes come in late. My board was taken down before I saw them. Is there a way to find those people so that I can thank them? I didn't see them come up in my notifications.

If they are asking out of a need for our product, they will ask more questions that can open up a conversation for us to find out what their needs are and what we can do to help them. If not, we say no more.
